Aim of the 2-day IFS Food 8 training: The aim of this two-day training is to enable the participants learn about the key principles of IFS standards and understand the requirements for IFS Food 8, in maintaining compliance and enhancing food safety and quality.

  • To understand the key principles of IFS Food standards
  • To be aware of IFS Food Certification Protocol
  • To Understand IFS Food Audit Requirements and procedures
  • To grasp new criteria for food safety culture, risk-based thinking, product defence, and food fraud prevention.
  • To enable participants to develop strategies that will enhance implementation and maintenance of food safety culture and apply risk-based thinking and preventive measures.

Understand the IFS Food standards principles for food safety culture, risk-based thinking, and

product defence.

Be able to prepare for IFS Food audit’s processes.

Enable the participants to apply Risk Management and mitigation plans effectively.
