Course Overview:
Target Audience:
This course is designed for those who hold responsibility for overseeing the implementation of HACCP at their place of work and who already have a good working knowledge of the principles of Codex HACCP. This workshop is suggested to follow on from the Intermediate HACCP course. Candidates suited to this workshop are food safety managers, internal auditors, quality assurance officers, supervisors, or anyone else directly involved in ensuring the effective implementation of HACCP.

- Identify and assess hazards
- Establish prerequisite programmes
- Conduct a hazard analysis
- Establish and implement control measures
- Develop a HACCP plan
- Monitor and verify the HACCP system

- Ensure successful HACCP implementation
Delivery Format:
The workshop will be delivered through a combination of interactive practical exercises including a site tour. Learners will have the opportunity to apply their learning to their place of work and receive guidance from experienced facilitators. Adapted content will be tailored to the specific industry and organisation.

Candidates are assessed during the course, and those who successfully complete all the course tasks and activities and meet the required criteria will receive a certificate as recognition of their achievement. This NSF HACCP certificate serves as evidence of their successful completion of the programme.
