Course Overview:

This one-day bespoke on-site training workshop is tailored to your organisation’s HACCP system and is designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively implement the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system based on the Codex Alimentarius principles. Learners will be expected to already have knowledge of Codex HACCP, and this workshop will enhance their skills as they learn about the practical application of HACCP at their place of work for their specific food industry, enabling them to develop and maintain a robust food safety management system. This workshop is directly tailored to each food business, giving candidates a real understanding of how HACCP is implemented at their place of work.

Target Audience:

This course is designed for those who hold responsibility for overseeing the implementation of HACCP at their place of work and who already have a good working knowledge of the principles of Codex HACCP. This workshop is suggested to follow on from the Intermediate HACCP course. Candidates suited to this workshop are food safety managers, internal auditors, quality assurance officers, supervisors, or anyone else directly involved in ensuring the effective implementation of HACCP.
