The HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the internationally recognised food safety management system. This course equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify, assess, and control food safety hazards in all stages of food production and preparation. Participants will learn about the seven principles of HACCP and their application in various food industry sectors. The course covers topics such as hazard analysis, critical control points, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, verification, and record-keeping.
