Course Overview:
This course provides basic information on food safety from the international standards GFSI and GLOBALG.A.P., which is a global certification scheme that supports producers and their buyers with the implementation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) on their farms.
The course aims to facilitate the understanding of version 6.0 of GLOBALG.A.P., its regulations, principles and criteria, registration process, evaluation, certification, risk assessment, sanctions and changes in the standard in relation to the previous version. This course is focused on identifying the actions to implement the principles and compliance criteria of the IFA v6 GFS edition standard.
